RyneTech Solutions Ltd partnered with BSI to deliver a fully integrated ICT, security, communications, and advanced visual display infrastructure for the Emirates Airlines Kenya ticketing and corporate offices at Riverside Drive, The Cube.
The project scope covered the deployment of enterprise-grade ICT infrastructure and structured cabling, supporting airline ticketing operations, internal systems, and secure data connectivity. The communications layer included IP telephony integration, enabling reliable voice services across customer service counters and office workspaces.
Security systems were designed for a public-facing ticketing environment and included networked CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and centralized monitoring to ensure safety, controlled access, and operational continuity.
A key highlight of the project was the installation and integration of advanced LED display technologies, including an interactive LED video wall for customer engagement and corporate presentations, as well as a transparent LED display solution deployed within the customer-facing areas. These systems were fully integrated into the network and content management infrastructure to deliver high-impact, real-time visual communication.
All systems were delivered through close collaboration between BSI and RyneTech, resulting in a secure, resilient, and modern ticketing facility aligned with the operational and brand standards of a global airline.
